Preparation, compilation, and submission of plans and policies regarding the development of transportation infrastructures within the framework of the approved programs and the goals of national development plans regulations, designing and managing the construction of transportation infrastructures and relevant installations and equipment, and supervision of the projects implementation through contracts with competent contractors and advisors, acquisition and possession of the needed lands and premises for the plans and projects, definition of executive methods in construction and development of transportation infrastructures according to the priorities and major policies of the ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
